In May 2025, BAIDE conducted assessments in Syria in response to the aftermath of the conflict and the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

The focus was placed on key areas including needs assessment, damage evaluation, and the crisis’s impact on social reconciliation. These assessments are essential for informing appropriate humanitarian responses, guiding reconstruction efforts, and supporting long-term development planning.
